Wilhelm

Wilhelm is a small village, probably the closest settlement to Lithmore of a size worth mentioning that isn't part of the city proper.

The town fares well on its farming and lumber, surrounded by the lush timber of The King's Forest; most of the crops grown in its limited cleared lands are fine and hardy varieties of grain. Indeed, the people of Wilhelm are known for their fondness of ale - often accused, always out of earshot of any Wilhelm native, of saving their best stock for themselves.

Although its ales, meads, and beers are known across the Realm, the name 'Wilhelm' will invariably call to one's mind the Kissing Festival held each year during springtime in the town proper, a time wherein the women in the town move from man to man harvesting a kiss - or two - from each they encounter.

Wilhelm sees a lot of traffic due to its location on the Lithmore-Vandago road.
