Lithmore is the capital city of the country of the same name. Situated on the eastern base of the Tarn Mountains, it is split by the River Bren as it flows east to the Kirulean Sea.

The original city of Lithmore, lacking proper sewage and sound structural building was replaced circa 17 SC (Sun Cycle), with the new city being built over the old. Portions of the old city can be found off of Church Street, chief amongst them being the famous Paten Boarding House, which has been in the same location since the time when Lithmore was a simple farming village, but has since become an alms house. In 297, it was purchased by the Holy Order and renamed after Saint Celeste.

Known far and wide for its immense belltower, Lithmore is the heart of the Order. It is also the location of the Reeves High Council, and a large chapter of the Merchants Guild makes its home within Lithmore's walls. Too, it is said that thieves walk the ground of Lithmore, although not in the force they once did.

Just north and east of the city lies Lithmore Castle, the home of the King and many of his nobles. Protected by walls thicker than those of the city, and a keep wider than the walls, Lithmore Castle is safe from all but the most determined attacker, and has never fallen to siege.

One of the oldest traditions of Lithmore is the Daisy Chain, used during the reception of the wedding. Lithmorrans, known for their lavish end-of-year wedding festivities, present the bride and groom with a chain of interwoven daisies, which are used to bind the couples wrists. Throughout the remainder of the festivities, the two must work in concert to accomplish even the most mundane task, lest they break the chain - considered to be the illest of omens, portending a short or disastrous marriage. Indeed, it is not unheard of for a marriage to be annulled by the senior Reeve or noble present due to a sundered Daisy Chain. It is rumored that King Dav's chain broke upon his wedding to his first wife - a rumor hotly denied by both the Royal Family and the Order.
