Royal Court of Lithmore

The Royal Court of Lithmore is the apparatus and space of socialization and debate before the Queen at Lithmore. All visiting nobles and foreign dignitaries are required to present themselves at court, though that hardly means one is accepted as a member of the court. Few nobles even have the honor of getting past the Lord Chamberlain writing their names down and giving them permission to remain in the city. Nobles who do not attend court are not necessarily viewed poorly, but there is a certain assumption that they're either not urbane or that they're quite thrifty (Court is known to require the best dress and etiquette to remain in the monarch and other courtier's graces).
