Note edit insert

When editing a note on the OOC boards, can it automatically insert a thing similar to what 'cnote update' does?
Something like:

(empty line)
{cUPDATE on Sun Aug 26 2018 01:18, by (player):{x
(empty line)

Of course, anon board ones should leave off the name. Unlike cnote, this inserted header should be part of the normal message, and can be deleted with @ld if need-be.
