			better his domain and prioritised military strength. In the late year 372 he
			set up the mercenary guild of Vostock to help the domain begin serving as a
			hub of reputable contracts and sell swords whilst bringing in more silver to
			better the land with. In his time as Baron he has done well to grow his
			domain and has even had his elite unit of guards and retainers 'The Banshees
			of the North' become famed for their awe-inspiring agility and fearsome
			battle shrieks.
