The [[The Holy Order of King Dav|Order]] receives 30% of the silver spent on all fines, taxes, locker
purchases, retools, messengers, couriers, mail purchases, and rumors to
represent the financial support gained from the Law of Giving. In this
manner, players are not expected to directly tithe to the church in order
to ICly be doing so on a regular basis.

Donations are separate from tithes in that they are not automatic, and not
part of the tax system. In order to be considered donating to the Order,
players will need to do so directly, in-game.

Please note that there is nothing to prevent the Order from claiming
someone is not paying tithes, whether they are or not, just as there is
nothing to prevent players from ICly lying or framing one another for their
own agendas.
