'''Aurthyn ab Sidharr''' was [[Dav]]'s Champion and the Seneschal of the Kingdom
in the time prior to and during the [[Consolidation Timeline|Consolidation]]. The foremost Knight of
the time, and commander of Dav's armies, he was named the Earl Marshall of
the [[Knights Lithmorran]] (formerly Knights of the Chalice) in SC 110 after
rescuing King Dav from an assassination attempt by renegade Knights.

The keep in [[:Category:Domains of Lithmore|Lithmore]] where the Knights Lithmorran's operations are centered
is named Sidharr Hall in his honor. Sidharr's family line lives on to this
day. His most direct descendant usually carrying the title of Earl of
Leon, a riding just southeast of Lithmore. Although the family is an old
line of nobility, they are not especially large as some may be. A good
many young men from it have served as active Knights Lithmorran, and given
their lives for the kingdom. Stranger still, however, it is murmured of
the tendency for those of Sidharr's line who do not choose an active role
in the Knights or [[The Holy Order|clergy]] to meet untimely, unlucky or embarrassing ends.
