A Comfortable Room
[Perfect]
A plethora of gaily coloured silk pillows with fringes and tassels
completely conceal the floor. A large pillow in the corner stands out, a
brooding black mass of velvet and fringeless. Screens of nature scenes
painted with the spare strokes of a brush that hint at and outline the
subjects, leaving much to the imagination. Behind the screens, silk
curtains and sheets painted with bright patterns hide the walls, pulled
back only around the windows that pierce the southern and western walls to
look out over a lush garden filled with an untamed riot of plants and
trees.

Maralow states, "I've been having a good time between wandering around the gameworld looking at
stuff."

Pippa states, "Pretty slow, but managed to get a few little scenes in"

Kareem states, "Very quiet. I miss everyone."

InvestSouthside says, "I've been sparse because moving but will be around again soon"

Temi claims, "We'll be excited to have you back, I'm sure"

WeedEater says, "Quiet, but I've also been on later than usual due to RL stuff. I've enjoyed the RP I have found though."

Capitalism got to hang out with Southside. It was fun.

Bigman pontificates, "It's been quiet for a while, so it's been a little waiting for the stars to
align for certain stuff to proceed. But I do appriciate the people willing to be out in public a
lot!"

Temi says, "Probably just needs some events or stuff scheduled to start pulling people back in as
they get back to normal schedules again"

Maralow says, "Mostly I have trouble finding people"

Maralow states, "Alas not even the track skill is helping"

Karrin nods in agreement with Temi.

Temi questions, "Meaning there's not enough people around, or you can't find the people online?"

Maralow says, "The latter"

WeedEater claims, "When I am on and not distracted IRL, I'm out in public."

Maralow says, "Usually I just hang out somewhere public and someone eventually shows up"

Temi nods.

Temi states, "There's also notify RP, and you can send messages ICly or tells OOCly to see if people are available"

Maralow claims, "Oh I forgot about that command, thanks for the reminder."

Karrin states, "I promise things should start picking back up soon. We can also start nagging our
normal activity people to start activitying again."

Bigman nags bigman

Temi says, "Sure. Anything bothering anyone that staff ought to know about? Besides topics - which do please let me know if you have topics. I'm out of practice at running these"

Ikeala claims, "I admit that when it's quieter, I feel (mildly) bad getting up to too much nonsense. As I don't want to run people off from the public scenes that are happening, but I could stir up some troubles to give people something to talk about besides weather, haha."

Maralow says, "Oh I have LOTS of trouble I get into that's no issue"

Temi states, "I'm sure that's generally appreciated. Things going on is definitely helpful, though yeah, balancing it with letting public scenes go on"

Pippa sneezes loudly.

Karrin says to Ikeala, "I feel like it'd encourage people to be around, probably. As long as it's
minorly annoying trouble, and not whooooa."

Bigman says, "I think causing things to happen IS helping a scene, even if the thing to happen is
crying and panic "

Maralow claims, "The baby-mulcher 9000 has come to town. to mulch all the babies."

Karrin nods.

Maralow states, "Beep boop"

Temi claims, "Alrighty. Well, staff updates then."

Temi queries, "Karrin, want to give us a quick update? When are you fully back?"

Temi states, "Looks like we may have lost her connection."

Calivion says, "Minor shenanigans ok. No burning down the cathedral. Got it."

Bigman says, "It's not trauma, it's roleplay opportunities."

Temi says, "For my update, still focusing on writing up the books and specs I've promised.
Hopefully will have a little more time today and tomorrow to make progress on that with the long
weekend, since I've got tomorrow off"

Temi finishes abruptly, "But that's about all - trying to keep on top of the request board's new
posts, but there hasn't been too many of those"

Temi muses, "Did anyone have any questions or topics that they wanted to discuss?"

Temi wonders, "Should we just send you back onto grid with instructions to cause trouble?"

Bigman claims, "Orders received 07"

InvestSouthside states, "I will instigate rioting at my earliest convenience "

Ikeala declares, "Understood, boss!"

Temi claims, "Excellent. Alright, sounds like that's where we're going."

Temi pontificates, "Have fun folks!"

Calivion says, "I solemnly swear I am up to no good "
