Would it be alright if we had a guide on the mechanics of combat? Would folks like that or not?

Specifically, following up on our OOC channel discussion, I think it'd be nice to add to with-
* Putting the weapons tables back (and adding to them which defenses are strong/weak against which weapons specifically). I have the originals to plug in/edit.
* The old one says the only way hit locs matter is that leg wounds slow movement - is that still true? If not, saying a bit more would be ideal.
