Just from a "fun" perspective, I think it's nice to have dual wielding as a viable strategy. I mean, how badass is it? It'd be nice if there was some solution to Jei's concerns that left it viable though gave people some flexibility in how they defend. Or something.

Now admittedly, I do agree with two handed weapons having some sort of benefit as well. I am not sure exactly what, but beneficial in a way.

It's a pity that dueling two weapons of the same type have no effect too.

Yah. Two daggers or two swords would be pretty badass.
