Wow... I hadn't realized how new to the game you were. Yeah you used to be able to quash rumors with a comment. It's really a rather new change

Dude, I've been playing two months. Yes, I'm incredibly new.

Just popping in to say we don't have enough people to keep the rumor system hopping if we limited rumors by circle.

I do think we need to make circle show up more clearly when people are reading rumor comments and the like to help them remember the context when replying.

This was not a policy change, by the way, the rumor circle limits have been around almost since inception of the rumor system. It's just something people didn't know about.
