Karrin claims to HIEROPHANT, "We were mentioning how it'd been quiet this week, but if anyone had
any RP, they could share how they were doing.."
Temi says, "And that we know folks are busy with their own holidays, hence the having the
butterflies for something else for people to have to occupy them if they did have extra time"
Temi grins.
HIEROPHANT claims, "I had one (1) whole scene this week and it was great! The rest of the time, I
logged in to a completely dead server."
HIEROPHANT says, "Ah, well. Crimbus, happens every year."
Temi nods in agreement.
Karrin nods at HIEROPHANT.
Karrin claims, "Is to be expected, indeedie. People will trickle back."
Temi declaims, "The next week may be a bit more exciting as folks finish with their holidays but
still have some time off. We'll see!"
Rambling says, "I was pretty inactive but I did somehow squeeze in enough time online to be
considered active... without actually RPing with anyone? Somehow."
Karrin claims, "I also was away mostly for the holidays, but am glad to get back to routine. And
have been thankful for the rest. Do please feel free to try to interact with the butterflies."
Temi says, "You do get partial credit for time spent in public rooms available"
Karrin says to Rambling, "If you wandered into public places, that can happen. That's one reason we
did that - mostly for people who have playtimes that aren't compatible with others, but also for
times like these."
Temi says, "We want people who are being available for rp even when it's not immediately forthcoming
to feel like that is appreciated and providing some value to them, because it definitely provides
value to us"
Karrin nods.
Karrin states, "Agreed. And, if you are in public and someone else pops online, then they can easily
find you, and you them, and there can be some interaction."
Maat nods.
Temi says, "Plus if people log in and see no one so they immediately log back out... self
perpetuating cycle."
InvestSouthside says, "I just plop in one of the inns lol if no one is about i just read books "
Temi nods in agreement.
Rambling states, "Yeah I just sat around in the locale and stayed not-AFK long enough for it to
suddenly tick over after an hour or so."
Karrin says to InvestSouthside, "Your presence in public has always been noted and appreciated. If
people want RP, they can find it."
InvestSouthside claims, "Though that has created awkward scenarios where I was enamored and come
back to see someone had tried to get my attention"
Temi states, "Whoops"

Temi claims, "Sort of in the name."
Karrin states, "Alrighty, we can do updates. Though, really, I gues sfor me more future plans. I
didn't schedule a GL meeting these last two months because I knew holiday time would limit things,
but we'll make sure to have one for January."
InvestSouthside nod to maat
HIEROPHANT states, "I unfortunately cannot simply hang out in a public tavern, so I did get dinged
with inactivity a few weeks there"
Karrin states, "And, we'll get this silly plot all wrapped within the next few weeks. I was heavily
preparing last week for one of the plots I realized wasn't even submited, it was still in draft, so
felt like a silly goose, but there is a plan! I haven't checked to see if it's submitted now yet."
Karrin nods at InvestSouthside.
Karrin nods at HIEROPHANT.
HIEROPHANT states, "Mail, unfortuantely, is insufficient"
Temi comforts HIEROPHANT.
Capitalism says, "Just need to make a sketchy boy friendly public tavern."
Temi states, "That certainly complicates things, yes"
HIEROPHANT states, "Scheduled scenes keepin' me afloat. Feel free to pboard for one while i
contemplate the header plot things in the meantime."
Karrin claims, "There are some random odd public rooms people are unlikely to wander to on grid, but
there's always the chance they WILL, too. So."
Karrin shrugs.
Karrin muses to Temi, "Anything to tell our loyal folks here?"
Sparkles claims, "Perhaps a poke to those people? I know for me personally, I haven't wanted to
submit more stuff until present stuff has resolved."
Karrin says, "I'll nudge them if need be. And get to the last of the plots in the coming days."
HIEROPHANT wonders, "I'd do more of that sort of thing if switched-in NPC mobs (my eeeevil minions)
could toggle on/off WHERE, but I'm not hangin' out in the open just because population is low. I
don't want to do anything I wouldn't do if there were 40 people on, y'feel me?"
Temi wonders, "Hrm, not a whole lot. Starting to plan specifics for the next plot once we finish
wrapping up the other - hrm, would you guys appreciate a couple weeks of downtime, or get it going
as soon as possible?"
Temi nods at HIEROPHANT.
Karrin nods in agreement with HIEROPHANT.
HIEROPHANT states, "I'm contemplating a pretty dangerous plot that I'd want folks to be back around
to contribute to, if possible, but I can just keep it stored until later. If there's something
unrelated to the current header in the works, I see no reason to roll it out in parallel to drum up
interest."
Karrin claims to HIEROPHANT, "If it's the one in draft, throw it in, please. I already know how I
intend to handle that."
Karrin claims, "If it's something different, all good."
HIEROPHANT claims to Karrin, "I can't submit that sort of plot without my backup having a chance to
sign-on."
Karrin nods.
Karrin states, "I only have one outstanding plot for the header that is actually submitted that I
haven't done, and that's because we're planning a scene."
HIEROPHANT nods.
Temi says, "I am planning a different sort of plot, but want to make sure we're at least wrapped up
with the other. And if players have stuff in the works, I'm happy to work around that"
Karrin claims, "Then there's the draft one I planned for, and didn't realize it was draft. BUT, it
does mean that I have a plan fro when it is submitted. I hadnled the rest of the header stuff last
weekend, though."
Karrin nods.

Karrin says, "Then I have the much bigger ones for Samralier, but will be doing those, too. They
just are a lil' huge."
Kalana grins.

Karrin claims to Kalana, "I'm not upset at all. Just have to come into it bright eyed and bushy
tailed to give it an appropriate response deserving of all the work that went into it."

Capitalism states, "I meant to ask because I saw that butterflies were here for a bit... How does
said butterfly collecting and hunting work? I wasn't around last time they were a thing."
Karrin defers to Temi.
Temi claims, "You can get a net from any of the mobs by using the 'I need a net' phrase"
HIEROPHANT asks, "There's a board note up about it, innit?"
Temi says, "And then hold and use the net in the presence of a butterfly, who are fluttering all
over the grid"

Temi finishes abruptly, "And you can give them to any of the mobs. You can see what they'll do with
them by using the 'who are you' keyword too - and what sort of rewards they do"

Sparkles says, "Also as for stuffs, there's an event kind of in the works for hopefully next week,
but requires some coordination/scheduling with folks and with staff, but as soon as there's
approval/a set time they'll be posts about it."
