Prestige for Player Shops

Presently characters who can rank up in the Prestige system can gain prestige points by ensuring that the net monthly silver sent via PAY is >200.
Buying goods from a pshop is a similar transaction: It drops money from the noble (or gentry, or.. exceptionally bootstrapped Freeman)'s account into another player's and likewise stimulates the game economy. Is it possible for silver spent this way (in player shops only) could count toward the "pay command" requirement? This might help encourage buying and selling from player shops, which largely sell permanent, non-necessity goods.
