Bone plate armor

For the savage races mainly, I wondered if we could have some recipes added for bone plate armor?
It could count as perhaps chainmail if not plate for the armor level and have the same movement penalties, but have very low durability- destroyed after perhaps 2 good hits unless repaired.
Recipes could fall under artwork, as it uses bone for other things.
