Would it be feasible to have "palm" work anywhere "get" works? For example, "palm flask boot" to secretly get a flask from my boot? Right now it seems to only work for stuff in the room, not in room/worn containers.

I like it, happy to add it - but again probably will be awhile for priority reasons.
