Mail Delay

With war coming to the game, and players likely to be several days away even by mail, I'd like it if maybe we could add an extension to the mail command that would allow us to intentionally delay our mail by a number of IC days.
Example: mail charmaine 12
If it is June 12, 349, Charmaine would not get a 'mail: YES' indicator or be able to receive the letter until June 24, 349. That way, those of us down in the sandmage empire AKA the duchy of Rafamdair (>.>) can simulate the voyage any mail home would need to take.
