flip variation: throw

There have been times, mostly at River Square thief/mage punishments and the like, where I've wanted throw rotten veggies or other nasty things at the baddie. However, there's not a coded facility for this. The closest is "flip" but the resulting strings don't really match the intent.

I would like a "throw" command that codewise is identical to "flip", meaning that success puts it in the target's inventory, fail puts it in the room. But instead of the strings mentioning "trying to flip" the item and the other person "catching it" it would involve the person throwing the item at the target, and the targeting being hit by it (or not).

I would be glad to suggest the full strings, if you let me know what all is needed. For example, self string, target, and room/others? Or...?

I would love to see a more aggressive form of item exchange become available, too.

I also like the idea of thrown weapons being available in the future when archery/projectiles are figured out, so as long as throwing your keys or babies or fruit at someone wouldn't enter you into combat...
