Crafting: Neck Worn Leather Pouches

Something smaller then belt pouch, and a sack, and a purse. That can be worn around the neck. Be warned this picture is bigger then I thought it was, and I don't know how to shrink it. Lol.
Like this. It would be a low level leather craft, require a thong, and a strip of leather. It would have the minimum amount of container space.
The idea here, is to give people an option to have smoke pouches. To keep their floleaf, tabac, and coamjar clumps. Maybe not all at once, but something similar.
I know there's larger pouches, but this idea isn't meant to sell big ol'backpacks full of drugs. That's counter productive unless you're selling to a dealer to sell to the population. Smaller pouches allows us to break drugs up into weights. XD
