tool (item) reset

It would be useful to have a command to reset a tooled item back to its template, returning it back to the default keywords, short/long descs and removing all extendeds.
'tool (item) reset' could do it. It should only work on items that are toolable. If finalized, would need to retool it first to reset it.
It could also remove any embellishments.
