Shoo

Sometimes critters end up where they shouldn't be. How about a 'shoo' command to try to make them move from the room, without resorting to the more lethal option of getting rid of them?

For example 'Shoo sparrow west' will attempt to spook a birdy into fleeing west.
It could be threaded, and have a chance of failure. It could succeed and cause it to move, fail and remain, or critically fail and cause the critter to attack.
It could possibly work on pets, without the critical failure, but with any expected IC repercussions. "Otherwise controlled" animals could just fail with the normal failure message.

This command could cost some MV. 20 or so?

Further thought: nature category rank could have an impact on reducing the risk of critical failure, but not the overall failure/success rate.

This idea is not unappealing at first sight. Will consider.
