Help Random Addition for 'Help Char'

Can a randomizer option be added to 'help character'? (or the character help files added to the greater help file category collection, whatever makes more sense codewise)
I think it might be a nice and hopefully simple way of helping players learn about characters they may not know about, or forget exist due to differing schedules.
