Re: Why Are Assets Limited to Chargen?

If an oldbie with a bunch of xp wants to bankroll a new alt, creating then selling a bunch of tier 2s and 3s on the market right now would probably far exceed the returns on purchase wealth.

Re: Why Are Assets Limited to Chargen?

I took care of mine in time, but I do think 2 weeks was a bit too short. I know several rather newish players who are past cyan who were working hard to get the XP in time, but didn't make it. I do hope at least req board requests are granted for a while.

Sharable recipe templates

This came to mind after a few people asked ICly for the recipe for a cake: It'd be neat to implement a way to craft something directly from a 'recipe' that has all of the various strings pre-set, that you can share with others, or use as a shortcut to craft something that you make a lot of. I could ...

Re: Plant/Herd Maturation Progression Indication

A Charalin horse herd takes 140 IC days to mature (which I wouldn't have known without asking staff). I keep track of when I establish/harvest/tend them, but even so it took 40 RL days when it should have been closer to 35. With no indication of when they were supposed to be harvestable, it was hard...

Plant/Herd Maturation Progression Indication

It's looking a bit sparse. I think a change to a fuzzy indicator of how soon the plant/herd will be ready for harvest is in order. It drives me nuts not knowing how long until I can harvest long-maturing things such as horses. Suggestions: It should be ready in a day or two if properly cared for. It...

Re: Roles spec

That would be neat. Spec is pretty vague, it brings up more questions than it answers, lol

Re: @desc_cloak by default

Oh. I see. Help retool has conflicting information then: Retool is used to make an object eligible for tooling. This will cost the item base cost over again, unless you have a high enough rank in a skill to make that item yourself. Honestly, I think it should work that way. No reason a skilled tailo...

Re: @desc_cloak by default

It's 1 silver for any item they're able to make, they don't have to be the one who made it.

Re: The Death of the Physicians

I don't think giving medicine to the brotherhood would hurt the physicians more than it already is. No one's going to go into Southside looking for a shadow doctor when they get hurt, unless they have strong reason to. And the two combat-heavy guilds can't join them anyway, if you're thinking in ter...
