Re: RP in the 3rd Person
I vote no simply because I feel it would make things confusing for new players to remove "you" and whatnot.

Re: Lawless Areas
Perhaps things could be handled more subtly. As a Reeve, I already avoid this area simply as a matter of good RP, but I do think Reeves (and Knights) should be able to enter the area if they go in force. What about having a system similar to the lawless flag for the southside instead? IE whenever a ...

Re: Racism and you.
For a lot of people racism is a very touchy subject. I'm not going to criticize anyone for playing it up a little bit, but for me personally not being a bigot is one anachronism that doesn't affect my suspension of disbelief negatively at all. This is a game, not a simulation of real life.

Re: Social Lithmore Games
Something discussed on OOC that I thought I'd post here. 1. I think these games should be based more on society than based on geography. 2. Re: Social Lithmore Games
What would gaining control of an area do? Who would it be open to? What would it take to control the area? Will it make sense RP wise?
I think the more fundamental question too is - will this add to, or distract from, RP?

Re: The Purpose of Nobility, or Lack Thereof
Enix - Most nobles on TI would fall more into the "being friendly with freemen" rather than the "making fun of freemen" category IMHO. Enis - It's not just a social barrier thing. For the Reeves, Order, Knights, Thieves and Manus, the interests of members of each of these guilds directly conflicts w...
