Re: Social Lithmore Games

Love the concept. The problem that jumps out at me is that territory within the city may fragment the pbase more. On the whole with careful implementation I think this is definitely a good thing.

Re: Battle in Daravi

A siege! Daravi have sieged a castle. The brave knights trapped within must kill rats and eat them. The knights who kill the most rats don't die! Anyway, I'm a little confused as to the current status of the Daravi conflict and all that. It'd help to have more information regarding the status of the...

Re: Noble Advancement

While I agree that RP alone probably isn't the best idea, I don't much care for the idea of spending QP or whatnot on it. While QP isn't a bad idea, as it likely reflects to some degree the involvement of a player in the game, its an ooc mechanism. I would suggest that some form of IC currency is th...

Re: Feedback on new combat system

While I don't disagree with the other opinions on the board, the game can be whatever it is, I'll explain my perspective on why only Knights should be GM's. Re: Social Game

I'm not certain that I fully understand the support concept as its been written about, so I've been cautious to comment on it. What does it mean to 'support' someone? The relationship is a bit vague for me. Also how is 'support' quantified? How does the currency of 'support' function? I would need m...

Re: Noble Advancement

People should be able to buy/marry into the noble classes, though it should cost both parties something. That is, an existing Noble shouldn't want to go about passing out titles as he's basically creating potential competition for himself. However certain circumstances might exist that would make so...

Re: Feedback on new combat system

My take on the whole debate, and I had to catch myself and revise it (huge pro armor being badass), is that we have to take a step back and think what will make the game more fun to play for everyone. So working from the premise that combat should be accessible so that people might have fun doing it...
