[Poll] Staff as 2nd GLs

Due to a low level of player availability to fill GL roles at the moment, I am considering allowing staff to ONLY fill 2nd GL roles.

How do you feel about that?

Personally I feel it is not that bad of an idea. Afterall they are only 2nd gls and ultimately the power to lead the guild is still with the first gl.. However I worry about one thing. If a second gl has to be demoted/removed by the first gl for rp reasons, my concern is that while it is for ic reasons, it may create unintentional hostile feelings between staff and player

I think our staff and players are mature enough to handle that okay.

Long overdue, in my opinion, but also just a patch - we need to fix more endemic issues with a glut of GL positions re: number of players first.

I do not feel like it is a bad at all, especially with the low numbers we have had recently. It will certainly help with keeping the various guilds running smoothly while we do search for the 1st GL.

I'm somewhat indifferent on this, but would there be an interest in doing another ad campaign to boost our player numbers? I'm still (unfortunately) mortgage free so I'm willing to chip in if there's an interest.

There's an ad campaign ongoing now that you're always welcome to donate towards! We started back in August. But let's keep this thread on track, perhaps.
