Seems there's gonna be a lot of stuff going on during this "Golden week" thing (from Oct 12 to Oct 19)! But I get confused when things are actually planned to RL happen, and would really need to know in advance so I could plan. I could probably wade through the various boards for this info, but I feel it's easier to keep things up-to-date here.

So could organizers please reply to this thread so we get an overview? Answer with an approximate day even if you are not sure of the exact time yet.
Known OOC Schedule for Events:
  • Safir's Pub event (limericks,food,drink,etc) - Sunday Oct 13 at Noon EST - finished!
  • Troubadour medley/performances at the Kissing bridge - Tuesday Oct 15 at 7PM EST
  • Reeve basket auction - Thursday Oct 17 at 8PM EST
  • "Silver week" dance contest in South Side - Friday Oct 18 at 8PM? EST
  • Gavin's Queen's Guard's contest - Ongoing! Get the most recommendations from nobles/GLs, new Queen's Guard winner announced Saturday Oct 19

I'll get my work schedule on the 10th. It won't be until then that I can pin down which day I'd like to use for the reeve basket auction (which I'm super excited about, btw). It might be on the 14th or 15th -- shooting for peak hours, of course.

Will update this thread after the 10th!

I have my Queen's Guard event, which will honestly depend on if anyone else is interested. Right now, only 2 people are. Meaning, it may not be an event, but rather a little RP contest between myself, them, and a few others (just a small scene). Not sure yet; I'm hoping more folks want to get involved.

Oof. Sorry for the delay in posting this here; I've been sick all weekend.

Reeve Basket Auction is marked for Thursday, Oct 17th, 8 PM EST/system time. I also have the 19th/20th free as back-up dates if for any reason Thursday gets foiled.
