Plot Updates?

So with the update to the new plot system there's new commands:
There's also new options:
- What are gpoints? What's the chart of appropriate contribution values of silver/QP/IP? What do they do?
- What will contributing objects be calculated?
- There seems to be the potential option of affecting Metrics, this previously was a no go from plots, how does this now work?
