Growing up in 13th Century England; this book (which is free) has lovely details on daily life in 13th Century England across different social classes. TI, of course, is a weird kludge of different times and cultures, but I do think that there is plenty of merit and inspiration to be found in here.

For medical types, here's an herbalism resource:

They have an Italian Renaissance medicine garden as part of an exhibit going on. Not all the plants on that list are native to Europe, but you could probably approximate some things (just declare it from a region with a similar climate).

Not exactly in period, but I found that this video (and others by the same author) displaying how a Roman woman's hair was prepared may be indicative of the care given to a noblewoman and may share some techniques.
