Herabalism challenge?

Right now, herbalism is insanely easy to pool, especially in relation to most other skills. Medicine only pools via use in treat or making medicines, but with herbalism, anytime I tend or harvest a plant it pools, so somehow just by looking over my garden I can make the most advanced poisons in the game.

Not sure it's possible, but just like I can't pool from concocting/cooking/whatever some low level recipes, would it be possible that plants outside of my skill level don't pool? So if I'm a master, pooling difficult to keep plants (say a foxbonnet) would pool while tending potatoes would not? This would add some difficulty to the skill, requiring people to actually really make the poisons to pool it, get exotic plants, or find a teacher.

I think this is a good idea. If you have access to a decent sized garden, herbalism is comically easy to skill up just from harvesting and tending every other day. Only pooling from tending plants which are a challenge for you is a good solution.
