Rumor tell # <room>

When you share a rumor with somebody, it lets everyone in the room know which quickly becomes spammy if you're sharing a rumor with everybody. Could we add the option to share a rumor with everyone in the room at once, like you can do when spreading cards?

+1. Would be highly beneficial for Troubadours and talkative priests. Maybe even antagonistic politicians.
