We can have smaller kingdom? Makes sense for feudalism and not being Marco Polo.

Except ... it doesn't take an IC year to cross the Kingdom? Depending on what you define as crossing the Kingdom.

Your average random person is not crossing the Kingdom on a regular basis, no. They would be staying, working, living, and dying in the town/village/city they were born in.

However, if we were to apply that logic there would be no one from any of the other Duchies within the playable area of Lithmore. And considering we have official drawn artwork lovingly crafted for us, I think randomly changing the lore and boundaries of the Kingdom makes no sense.

Assuming 15 miles/day, it's 43 days between the Tubor and Farin capitals. Doesn't seem that bad to me.
