Rumor Purchase Tweak

Please make it so that newly purchased rumors do not show as 'updated' immediately after purchasing. It's misleading when you check up on your rumor list later.

Alternatively/additionally, perhaps have a command to mark all rumors as non-updated at once without having to spam your screen with rumors you've already seen.

Can't do it in baby talk, but here's an example of how it works now:

001 / Updated / Short-lived, Colorful, etc.

> rumor review 1
(you see the same stuff you already saw during purchase)
