[Complete] Inspect items before buying

I suggest a VIEW command in NPC shops for examining the desc of items before buying.
VIEW <key>
VIEW <shop #>
This will also help to make sure one has the right item if trying to buy by keyword rather than number.
( Coincidentally, I find 'help shop' to be a rather confusingly mapped help entry (it links to the entry on buying houses). Rather this ought to show how to, you know, shop in shops, and just give a link to the house entry if people are really looking to start/build a shop of their own - the latter should be less often referred to by newbies than the former I would think).
