Mail recipient "does not exist."

Currently, when you try to send mail or packages to an invalid recipient, the game returns:

So-and-so does not exist.

The problem is that the inability to send mail to someone can have IC repercussions, such as when an intended recipient dies, silently liquidates, undergoes rebirth, etc. In those cases, returning "So-and-so does not exist." is jarringly OOC.

Barring other code changes, can we at least get this message updated to that it is more in-character? For example:

The courier is unable to accept mail for So-and-so.
The courier is unable to accept packages for So-and-so.

Doesn't need to explain why the courier is unable to accept, just presents it as an IC circumstance rather than an OOC one.
