Write subject

Currently, when using the write POLCA, updating the subject in the POLCA impacts the TOC entry but doesn't update the subject in the body of the page, which requires using editor commands to replace either the line or the standard 'A missive' text. It's all very non-intuitive and inefficient to have to update the subject in two places and in two different ways.
Could updating the subject in the POLCA for the first time (from 'A Missive' to something else) also update the subject in the body of the page? Maybe for brand new pages that haven't been written on yet?
From there, one could tweak the text separately if desired but otherwise not have to set it twice in two different places.
