Request: channel flags in separate % option

Could the channel notifications be moved to their own %option? I think they are distinct from the other 'effects' in %f and as a player who keeps off most channels, it is adding unnecessary information to my prompt.

How about %C (with a capital C) for all channel outputs or something?
