[Complete] Appraising things on the ground

I would really love to be able to appraise things that I can't actually pick up (or wouldn't want to), in order to determine their properties and investigate them more closely.

Definitely. If nothing else, being able to check "aged" objects like roasted grains or wines without picking them up.
Also kinda bumping since this seemed to get ignored.
