Add Fine Wood Blocks to Haft Recipe

There's a Common Wood Haft recipe right now, but no Fine Wood Haft one. Since they don't make a code difference, could we just add the option to use fine wood blocks and change the recipe name to Wood Haft or Sturdy Wooden Haft? Good for item consumption and code support for IC choices (That's right folks, all your ironwood hafts... lies!).
