It is just a matter of obtaining consent and making sure all parties are happy etc. ie, being adults about it all. The issue is twofold: 1.) The game is, ultimately, non-consensual. (Help Policy Non-consensual). This means that people can do what they want to others, so long as they have IC reasons...

Could have been a surge when the power came back on, or the motherboard's onbaord battery could have died in the meantime. When you turn it on, nothing happens at all?

Small Addendum:

I would ideally like to see a "draw all" command, so that people who use two weapons can draw them both in a single turn.

Now that the shift to new combat is complete, and many of the kinks have been worked out, I'd like to offer another suggestion.  I'd like to see drawing a weapon take a full combat turn, or perhaps at the least, be exclusive with attacking that turn. 60 on a scale of 0-100 seems like a fair average, actually; assume that having any stat 0-10 would be a defect that is just not survivable in the setting, skewing the average adult up slightly.
