I can assure you it's possible with a Greenhouse. If tabac is meant to cost that much, either the helpfile and/or on grid prices might need a peek. There's on grid NPC places that sell a pinch for less than ten silver. There's some PC shops that have had them for five. And each pinch is worth four s...

Tabac is only arguably at insane prices if people are buying stuff from the NPC shops. One can indeed plant and grow their own tabac - perhaps not in huge endlessly quantities but still. And why you'd want something more expensive is the same as why people want to drink brandy and not cheap 1 silver...

Seems like a thing to come out of this is perhaps we shouldn't let people make characters younger than the IC age of marriage/consent of 16. There are policies against certain types of RP anyways, but maybe for reasons listed here it's just a bad idea if people can and will twist/misconstrue things ...

Hmm, if only staff can change the coded name on Assets, how do people who use an alias in RP sell assets?

If the goal was spreading out some of the ranks a bit at the top tiers - adding some of the exotics from other cultures - Farin avocados for example, would be cool.

There's some items on grid currently that can't be grown that would be cool to have the ability to grow.
