Character Roster System
Hi Staff, When talking about another potential system, it came up that TI has a high turnover of nobility and someone mentioned potentially creating a roster system for nobles. We're considering if we were to do this, what would we need to consider. So far, we're thinking these things: - Player docu...

Re: [Poll] Local or inter-ducal RP focus?
I agree the roster suggestion is a good one.

Re: [Poll] Local or inter-ducal RP focus?
How much power for change in the hands of players are you thinking of allowing? Well, if someone has a role, I'd expect their power to reflect that role ICly. I wasn't thinking the queen would become a PC, but would remain the NPC failsafe above the Seneschal, but otherwise out of the picture, leav...

Re: [Poll] Local or inter-ducal RP focus?
Hiring new staff isn't as easy as it sounds and even when you do hire staff, getting consistent and heavily interested plot staff has been very difficult. I'm not convinced building more systems is the answer for a few reasons, but personally I'd like to imagine that the most superior form of "simul...

Re: [Poll] Local or inter-ducal RP focus?
I'm not certain about the number of players versus size of the theme or grid concern because I see it being little different to being a starting game with a theme. It's really not possible for our current staff to run plots to simulate the wider world, but we have significant, ongoing "raising a con...

Re: [Poll] Local or inter-ducal RP focus?
I think we could solve for that without too much problem. If everyone starts in Lithmore and there's no change to that, I think that's generally easy enough. I think the main concern for me would actually be mages running off to Vavard and hidey-holing there... but maybe that's just as valid as hide...

[Poll] Local or inter-ducal RP focus?
Greetings, players. We've had a long tradition of disconnect on TI where we had one fully built-out locale and a few satellite locales, but had roles that were kingdom wide. For example, the Seneschal ICly running the entire kingdom for the Queen, but only has small parts of kingdom-wide RP accessib...

Turf Wars, Take 2
I got the impression that the recent posters on the last Turf Wars spec hadn't read the new spec, only the original one, so here's a reposting, hopefully easier for people to read and provide feedback: OVERVIEW -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Turf War...

Re: Claire and Donovan's Ban
Just a quick update. Some of you would know that the player behind Donovan logged into TI and requested a review of his ban. After speaking with him, the staff did not feel reassured that the player/players understood the reasons they were banned, accepted them, and would work to ensure they did not...
