I'm sure there will be some tweaking yet on what the metrics affect and how much they affect them, but I really like the direction this is going. Gives people real tangible reasons to want to contribute to City Metrics, which means more STs/Plots/RP!

What is Court right now, if not "all active nobles"? I know there's a lot of other new stuff going on ...

Since the council includes all the existing nobles, it doesn't seem to me that Court is truly "going away" or that anyone should be worried. Renaming aside realistically it sounds like they're just adding the non-noble GLs into the existing Court guild. Not being in Court myself maybe I'm missing so...

Not sure I understand what this would add beyond what already exists in terms of tooling extra descriptions. I like the idea, generally speaking. The room output should definitely mention the modifier, otherwise like Gerolf said some people would just always roll easymode and nobody would know the difference. If too many people think it too verbose, maybe make the default the current inv output and add an argument "inv info" or "inv verbose" or whatever to show the additional information.

I think light is already in the prompt stats. In fact I'm sure it is, but I don't know the %thing offhand. Probably %L or something.
