I'd like to know this in detail, too. Help crossover doesn't list it explicitely, and it has caused me some confusion and frustration. Also, does it apply to enemies as well as friends?

I am doing some research on the IC events thread, and to my dismay there are almost no entries with the IC date in them. This makes any historical work wobbly at best, and relying on player memory.
Could we develop a system to autoparse IC dates to pboard IC events?

I think this is great, and it has some nice traffic. I'd like to hear staff's input before I put my dirty fingerprints all over this!

Lore currently only pools with typing 'look lore' at rooms with the lore object, or getting taught by someone.
