Re: Color Suggestions 46 color mode
So, from my previous poking at it, I think the standard 16 colors are approximately: r - daa R - faa c - add C - aff g - ada G - afa y - dda Y - ffa b - aad B - aaf w - ddd W - fff m - dad M - faf Though of course they work differently. From poking at it, I'd say, ones that aren't necessarily ideal:...

Re: Color Suggestions 46 color mode
Just to ask the potentially controversial question could we also use numbers? We've decided we're going to stick with just the unused letters. 1) We think it's enough - people have to parse all these things and we already have a few that are looking a bit similar. 2) It's easier to match them up wi...

Re: Daravi Border Weekend
Everything there makes sense on the whole! 4. I feel like the event took a sudden difficulty spike at the very end. Logically speaking, there certainly is a climax to the whole campaign, no argument there, but the 180 unit Daravi army simply appeared out of nowhere. I don't know if they actually mov...

Re: Daravi Border Weekend
Thanks everyone for participating! Curious to hear what people think went well and didn't, for planning future events. I think medics worked a little too well - not nearly enough dying! And the numbers of supplies and the impact of besiege didn't feel well balanced. For RP, it seemed to me like ther...

Daravi Battle - Player Lead Selection
We've had several volunteers to serve as leads in the upcoming Daravi battle. These people will have edit permissions on the official order submissions, and they will ICly be the people making the calls on where to send troops after the IC planning meetings. These should be the people you trust to m...

Synopsis: We are planning to hold a weekend-long border conflict by gathering players ICly at a command camp i...

Re: Latency clarification
It is influenced by the proportion of mages already around, and we have also held staff events for it when there seems to be a need, but both of those haven't come up much since the chance of everyone being a latent.

Re: Inactive in RP
I am not speaking for staff as a whole, but rather just for myself. But really, this is not about you. Or not just about you, anyway. Rather than asking how long is reasonable to spend in writing an emote (obviously there is a lot of variety in this and it depends on what you are giving back for the...

Re: Jail Channel
Let's please do try to look at this as the general on both sides and try to avoid any attacks or feeling targeted. Avoiding specific examples of people may be best with emotions running high, and hopefully everyone can take a step back and look at the opposing views for the truth in them. Just a cal...

Re: Charali Racial Perspectives
I've split off the discussion of Charalin (and Urthly) prehistory to a separate thread. Let's keep this one to submissions and discussion about the contest.
