I'm making this thread because this was something I thought would be the case, but I am told it is not. If a character is inactive, they should not count in the running for who is champion at x skill. When / if they become active again, they should once more be included in the count for who is champ...

Don't ask me how I know this, but the ingredients for a smoke bomb IRL are: sugar Saltpeter (pottassium nitrate which is the white layer that forms on poop, so obtainable from fertiliser). --- But.. Forgive me if something like this already exists, I've only really just dipped my toes into the crafting system TI has.
My idea is a smoke bomb item!
I'd like it to give a bonus to fleeing from combat, if possible, or to make the % hit chance in combat decreased, due to obscured vision.

It would be cool actually if those low lawfulness restocks actually happened outside of the covert /criminal places on grid during law lawfulness, and increased stock at the criminal places..
