Re: [Poll] Should players be limited to one character in any given guild?
This gets into a boggy road with allowing dual guilding because thst means, and yes especially for Merchants. Now ICly it's been established no one is meant to sell anything or provide services without joining even if some skills aren't guilded to the Merchants. If only one alt can be in that clan,...

Re: OOC Support Thread - You're Awesome and Here's Why
It's been aaaages... *casts level 100 thread revival* Eirian! For being the noble that crosses the (often insurmountable-feeling) gap between class lines, while somehow managing to keep it wholly thematic. His use of his NPCs to facilitate actions that would otherwise be thematically shaky is so tot...

Re: How far should Anonymity in rumors go?
I reaaaaally don't feel like Voxumo should have to defend his character's intentions OOCly. I also really don't feel like the source of the rumor comment should have to defend their position OOCly (and actually, kudos to whomever you are for resisting the urge). Vicannia did what Vicannia did and it...

Re: How far should Anonymity in rumors go?
YAY I HELPED! >_> Like I said, Vox, honestly, the plot made perfect sense. I never felt it was irrational, out of character, or unthematic for Vicannia to push for a marriage with the little guy. It's period-appropriate and it made every bit of sense as to why she was doing so, and I would be shocke...

Re: How far should Anonymity in rumors go?
Nah, an adult character was attempting to manipulate an underage child character into marriage, which appears to be a cat that's already out of the bag. It was a totally valid thing for that adult character to do within the circumstances, but boy did it ever creep out the modem people behind the scr...

Re: [Poll] Should we bar the use of names and clear identifiers in the rumor system?
Sort of feel names in rumors would be rather common. Folks when they talk smack about each other tend to be all "So bruh u heard bout Kenny?" They don't tend to talk in vague terms. I could see them eventually spinning that far but... doesn't feel as natural to me for some reason. Okay, but why Ken...

Re: Do our emote standards make TI less accessible?
I get bored by dialogue without context. When I'm after spoken word roleplay I dip into LOTJ (or one of the other hack and slashy type RP MUDs). I'm ashamed to admit that if someone is using just "say" I find myself making my way out of the scene, solely because without context I have nothing to go ...

Re: Encouraging PC Shops
It depends! I'd recommend giving a few different spots a try and seeing where you can get and where you can't get. The further from the Crossroads it is, the more likely it is you won't be able to travel there in one shot.

Re: Court Dissolving - Your Questions Answered
I'm a little perplexed about how Court positions will work as a non-guild as well. If titles are being preserved, are they considered permanently attached to the characters who had them when Court codedly dissolved? How will they be awarded to newer nobility, if not?
