Re: Latent Detection
2) It should not be insta-win/it ought to still involve some risk I agree very much with this, BUT I feel it would already be a large risk to be seen as a latent to every mage who bothered to look. Should that mage get caught and turn you in then obviously it's a loss of some sort, you have a strik...

A Comfortable Room [Frigid] A plethora of gaily coloured silk pillows with fringes and tassels completely conceal the floor. A large pillow in the corner stands out, a brooding black mass of velvet and fringeless. Screens of nature scenes painted with the spare strokes of a brush that hint at and ou...

Re: Covert Guild Turnover Policy
3) open magery in the ghall (which is full of vnpc thieves, come on people!) will get you ousted because the vNPC thieves are no more heretical than any other population, by and large I'll just throw this out there, when I was Tene and I took in some mages they wanted a secret room they could pract...

Re: Petty crimes
Personally, though, I think we're making too big of a deal about the mages-in-the-Brotherhood thing. I mean, following the whole idea of massive amounts of vNPCs, then, realistically, the consistency of the mage PCs that are found is small potatoes compared to the massive amount of total possible B...

Re: Petty crimes
We keep getting prisoners, and the Order keeps taking our prisoners. We don't get to argue with the Order when they tell us to hand someone over, and we are not volunteering them. Well part of that has to do with some heretic Justiciars undermining the Reeves' standing IMHO. Normally the Reeves and...

Re: Covert Guild Turnover Policy
Yes, if we did do that I feel it could really help guilds, especially if there are only a few members in a guild or just enough for a guild not to be declared destroyed.

Re: Covert Guild Turnover Policy
I think this would be good to have especially for the thieves guild from what I've seen of what's left of the thieves guild. I am not saying we have a bad leader now but we are sorta on our knees currently having only a hand full of active members much less members that are active within the guild/n...
