Re: Returning Players

The reason why assets go up for sale or disappear is because we have code that works to balance the type of the assets and the selected resources, so if someone disappears with some assets that have currently popular items, that could prevent others who are currently playing from getting those more ...

Turf Wars Spec - 1st Draft

Kin thought perhaps this might be a better place for me to post this spec for people to review, rather than on the meeting logs. She was looking for people's thoughts on it, things you like and things that concern you about it. read turf 01: (Temi) Overview 02: (Temi) Syntax 03: (Temi) Command Expla...

Re: Plot Fatigue Poll

Sorry if I didn't directly address that: the actions players have been taking are being taken into account and will have a huge effect going forwards. The actions players will still take will also be taken into account. We never just decide what outcomes will be, though we do try to have different p...

Re: Plot Fatigue Poll

For a bit of context, this was not a staff-planned event. It was kicked off entirely by the actions of players, which we think is awesome, but we didn't have the luxury of deciding when it would happen or moving different angles into place for more people to grab hold of. When we create a staff-run ...

Re: Plot List Order

There's supposed to be a plot list <#> command, but now that I test it, it doesn't seem to be working correctly, so maybe that's actually a bug report.

Re: Plot List Order

My concern if they are put at the bottom , then people with more than one page of them will have to go to the next page to see the newest ones, which is arguably less visible than the top of the page.

Re: Matchmaking Updates

Something I felt was that if I didn't even know who the person was, it was hard to arrange to RP with them without OOC communication. I had an idea that maybe it could be good if you could set a hook for people being matched up with you. Then somebody gets matched up with you, they get, 'Don't know ...

Re: Make Falcons Useful (Again)

It's just a little prototype I threw together, but I'll keep pushing at it. There would be some limitations - the chipmunk might need to keep KOing itself, due to how it's set up. It's wrong, but maybe not awful? The chipmunk's attack, ie, the attack to the chipmunk, maybe? The set-up would also not...

Re: Make Falcons Useful (Again)

Temi raises up her gauntlet and then drops it down in a gesture of falconry release. Temi> Launched into the air, a big, blue-grey goshawk circles overhead. Sighting a small, brown-grey chipmunk, a big, blue-grey goshawk lets out a cry and dives for it. In the blink of an eye, a small, brown-grey c...
