Noisemakers. Traps that rpyell (or whatever) loud sounds into adjoining rooms to alert people that uninvited guests are sneaking about.

I like the idea!
The item shifting is more useful as a whole, since you can use it for organizing rooms where you RP too. Display dividers are fun but not a necessary part of shopkeeping, as well, so tying organization to them enforces a trend that may or may not change in the future.

I like this idea. You can "look to" to see if a package has been sent before, but it's hard to manipulate when you have multiple packages.

What about extending search utility? Instead of one option to cover everything, have different options. "search room" lets you look for hidden people or objects and has a cooldown of 8 RL hours. "search secrets" lets you look for hidden exits and has the seven day cooldown. This still prevents spamm...
