Re: Auto-Guilding

Arguably with the brotherhood, if you are seeking you should accept the fact everyone already in the guild will know your identity. A risk you take seeking the brotherhood. Right, I'd forgotten that Seekerness displays on who and in the room! Don't forget Seek List... Or is that a GL only command?

Re: Auto-Guilding

I apologize if it came across as trying to advocate for an increase in the amount of time a seeker has to wait on an inactive guildleader, as that was not my intention. Moreso I am just advocating for the auto-guilding to be on a more set schedule versus the random schedule it is now. If it occurs a...

Re: Auto-Guilding

Just wanting to update this with some information I learned from a member of my guild. Turns out apparently the seeker in question was auto-guilded not long after they sponsored them. So it seems like auto-guilding only occurs after the required number of sponsors are met, and if the GL has gone int...

Auto-Guilding

So I wanted to bring this up as this has occurred twice to me now as the Tenebrae. I'll have someone seeking, I either need to take a break for a couple of days or am too busy irl to hop on the game, such as is the present case, but due to how quickly the code reacts, it will auto-guild seekers that...

Re: Log of OOC Meeting 2018-06-23

We often say that TI-L is non consensual. Yet, everywhere in the game remains that consensus: we attempt, even when being harsh ICly, to provide (good) RP to our fellow players. Maybe that reviewing roland would have lead to great RP, but more surely would that have lead to take him away from a lot...

Re: Log of OOC Meeting 2018-06-23

I think what people may have been viewing as staff forcing an outcome is instead staff bending or changing theme to help facilitate the plot.

Re: Log of OOC Meeting 2018-06-23

In the past the Grand Inquisitor and the Cardinal both oversaw separate halves of the order, both having authority over their own halves and little to not authority over the other's half. Now with the elevation of the cardinal to an npc and the archbishop essentially replacing the role of the cardin...

Re: Log of OOC Meeting 2018-06-23

I'll confess I haven't been following the succession plot as closely as I could or should. I think the confusion over tone and the RL circumstances involved is pretty understandable and I hope no one holds any grudges over that. Leaving that aside... I think the core issue here is that we have staf...

Re: Great Grand Inquisitor? What made them Great?

While I'm not really comfortable with these types of topics, I do have one player who I think was the greatest Grand Inquisitor I've ever had the luck of rping with. Loreth, I can't remember their last name. I feel they were a great GI because they had such a solid grasp on the Theme and lore, parti...
